I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The hotel itself was sparkling clean and had great facilities. The location was perfect, just a short walk down the hill to the beautiful lake and public beaches. I loved waking up to the delicious breakfast every morning, it was a great way to start the day. the staff, cleanliness, facilities, and location were the best aspects of my stay.

From providing helpful directions to recommending the best local restaurants, their attention to detail is commendable. The rooms with a view of the lake are simply stunning, offering a picturesque backdrop for a relaxing getaway. Additionally, the breakfast spread is delicious and diverse, catering to all tastes and preferences.

Stayed at a hotel for a romantic escape and there were some good things. We appreciated the free tea and coffee in the room, and the location near the lake was convenient for enjoyable walks. Additionally, the balcony in the room was a nice bonus.

Our room didn't have any toiletries, not even soap, which was a major inconvenience. Moreover, the bed was hard and uncomfortable, making it tough to get a restful sleep.
